All the dough at The Dough Room starts with flour from Sunrise Flour Mill--our exclusive provider of the 1800s heritage red wheat flour. It allows our chefs to create pasta and pizza with less gluten than traditional flours but with an unprecedented depth of flavor which tastes smooth with a touch of nuttiness. Our array of pizzas includes the salumi showcasing a red sauce topped with soppressata, peperoncini, green olives and red onion.
